They are literally cleaning shop with this team.

It wasn’t the Carson Palmer trade that cost him his job. It was:

• the 2nd half (4th qtr) blunders against Bills, Broncos, & Lions
• not showing up at all for Miami and final game against SD
• allowing your team to be play stupid and breaking the record in penalties
• multiple calls that would give up field goals

Him trading for a Carson was a “GM” job that he probably shouldn’t have made, but his performance in coaching, after guaranteeing playoffs, was poor. Firing Hue after one year at least shows accountability for your actions and hopefully will start a different culture in the organization.
